Fees are not universal

Any fee, including a proposed 20% contingent fee, depends on the service, state, law, and written agreement. Some programs restrict or prohibit finder fees.

Direct payments are not automatic

Customer authorization alone cannot compel a government agency, insurer, or company to split a payment. A payer must independently permit and approve any direct fee disbursement.

Nevada unclaimed property

Nevada's published finder guidance states that the state cannot deduct finder fees or pay finders directly. Eligible finder fees may be capped at 10% or 20% based on applicable holding periods and conditions. Verify current rules with the Nevada State Treasurer.

Licensed activities

Insurance claims representation and certain property-tax appeal activities are not currently offered through this website. They require review of professional licensing and representation requirements.

Direct official searches

Consumers may visit official state unclaimed-property sites directly. No purchase is necessary to access publicly available agency resources.
